Will Ruch has been with Versant (formerly known as Hughes, Ruch & Murphy) for over 20 years. Will has helped to establish Versant as a pioneer in generational research, corporate recruiting, strategies for the retention of high performing employees and the integration of communication disciplines to help clients realize and exceed their goals. Through initial work with Northwestern Mutual Insurance, Sears, and Kohls Department Stores, Will has become knowledge leader on Employer Branding and its impact on Growing Human Capital. A number of Fortune 500 clients have engaged Versant to help them understand the impact of Generational Marketing and Branding to help recruit and retain high performing employees. Will has presented at over 100 seminars and conferences nationally, and has guest-lectured at numerous major colleges and universities throughout his career. Currently, he is sharing his learning on the newest generation to join the workplace: Gen-Y. Will serves on a number of boards and volunteers for many community projects.
