Tom's work focuses on delivering positive results with training and coaching in the areas of leadership development, customer service, and value-added selling skills.

    Tom has worked with organizations in retail, distribution, manufacturing, government, and utilities; he knows how to tailor his message to the audience. His diverse list of clients range from a 29-employee plumbing supply wholesaler in Michigan to large organizations including Microsoft, Tyco Health Care, the city of Raleigh North Carolina, and the Andersen Window Corporation. Tom's hands-on approach has delivered improvements that are sustainable over the long haul.

    Before starting his own firm in 1992 Tom was with Steelcase, the world's largest office furniture manufacturer for 9 years. After 4 years in the distribution division Tom spent 5 years as a Team Leader of consultants who worked with Steelcase dealerships across the country on customer service and quality issues.
