An improvisational playmaster, performer, television personality, teacher, and lecturer, Terry has been with Playfair since 1989. Recently featured in the PBS television documentary "The Promise Of Play," she has been recognized for her ability to ignite companies with her Improv In The Workplace, Communication, Stress Reduction, and Team Building training programs.

Terry will help you to invigorate morale, open to creative communication solutions, and understand the value of fun at work. In addition to Playfair, Terry has worked in television, advertising, and in pubic relations. She understands business and the power of a positive company culture from the inside out.

For over twenty years she has taught adults how to apply the transformational experience of studying improvisational comedy to boost their productivity and "out of the cubicle thinking" at work. A few notable companies including Oracle, Charles Schwab, Panasonic, and AT&T have worked with Terry more than once to bring her creative approach to improving communication and collaboration skills at work.

As work/life balance issues become an increasing challenge, Terry, a wife and mother, understands the stress in "trying to do it all." Her perspective of maintaining balance comes from her life experiences and from earning a Masters Degree in Modern Dance Choreography from U.C.L.A. Terry is able to take her training as an artist which taught her how to create structure from chaos and apply these concepts to workplace challenges. Terry has also learned the hard way about maintaining wellness as she shares her inspirational story of recovery from Systemic Lupus.
