    After graduating from the School of Business Administration at Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, Teresa enjoyed a highly successful sales career for over a decade with several national corporations prior to entering the training and speaking arena.

    During this time, Teresa was honored to receive the Superior Performance Award for excellence in sales and the First In Service Award for developing innovative customer service programs. She also served as a regional and national trainer for a major corporation. She designed and conducted 'Train the Trainer' programs for customers. Her business experience is evident in every program she presents.

    Owner of Common Sense Solutions, a national customer service training and consulting firm, Teresa has trained thousands of business professionals across the country in dynamic and highly interactive customer service, sales, communication, teamwork, and presentation skills programs.

    Teresa is a professional member of the National Speakers Association and was awarded the Professional Trainer of the Year Award by the American Society of Training and Development. In addition to authoring her two books, Common Sense Service and The Service Path, Teresa has been a guest columnist for a monthly news magazine and has authored articles appearing in regional and national business journals. She has also served as guest host of local television programming and has appeared in several motion pictures.
