    Nutritionist Sherry Granader authored 2 cookbooks including the bestseller Soy You Wanna Lose Weight?. As a public speaker, Sherry delivers vibrant, passionate, educational keynote presentations on the benefits of good nutrition to live a healthier and longer life. Sherry Granader has shared the stage with such celebrities as Whoopi Goldberg, Suze Orman and Governor Ann Richards. She has cooked for her favorite bodybuilder, Lou Ferrigno (The Incredible Hulk), as well as for champion boxer Evander Holyfield, and shared her nutrition expertise with Chuck Norris on the movie set of “Sidekicks.” Sherry has also been a guest on Lee Haney's (8-time Mr Olympia) Championship Workout TV show on ESPN.

    Sherry writes monthly columns for Empowerment Magazine and Houston Sports News, and writes chapters for Wake Up - Shape Up and the Barbizon School of Modeling Training Manual. Sherry is the spokesperson for Newbust, Solibr-SR and Cal-Max, as well as the On-Air Nutritionist for QVC Television in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

    She also serves on the Board of Directors of Barbizon School of Modeling in Florida, and Camp Mak-a-Dream in Montana.
