Shawn has over twenty five years of sales and training experience. Before she was in sales, Shawn was a service rep. She knows first-hand how tough the service role can be. She acquired her experience in a variety of industries, probably faced the same challenges you and your reps do and (for the most part) overcame them. Even now, Shawn keeps her skills—and her programs—fresh by leading business development for Savage and Greene, a sales and customer service skills training company she founded in 1995.
After years of performing at the top of the sales game, Shawn moved into training. There, she learned how adults learn and how to create effective programs on shoestring budgets. Shawn is also an excellent writer; whether she’s re-writing procedures manuals so people actually use them, or tearing up the keyboard for the second edition of I’d Rather Have a Root Canal Than do Cold Calling!
