He is a member of the World Future Society and is Contributing Editor, Workforce and Workplace Trends, for The Futurist Magazine. Roger Herman holds a BA from Hiram College, where he majored in Sociology, and a MA in Public Administration from The Ohio State University. Prior to starting his firm, he gained almost two decades of experience in sales, management, and staff positions in both public and private sector organizations. In the public sector, he served as a City Manager (CEO of a municipal government). During the Viet Nam era, Roger served as a Counterintelligence Special Agent.

He is listed in such publications as Who’s Who in America, Emerging American Leaders, Who’s Who in Professional Speaking, International Who’s Who of Authors and Writers, and International Men and Women of Distinction.
