In each of his books and articles, he explains the "why" and shows the "how-to." Three of his books have been translated into other languages and several have been featured by business book clubs.

    A respected professional speaker and seminar leader, Roger is recognized as a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) by the National Speakers Association. He is designated as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) by the Institute of Management Consultants. He is a member of the World Future Society and is Contributing Editor, Workforce and Workplace Trends, for The Futurist Magazine. Roger serves as Senior Fellow of The Workforce Stability Institute, a not-for-profit research and education organization.

    Roger Herman holds a BA from Hiram College, where he majored in Sociology, and a MA in Public Administration from The Ohio State University. Prior to starting his firm, he gained almost two decades of experience in sales, management, and staff positions in both public and private sector organizations. In the public sector, he served as a City Manager (CEO of a municipal government). During the Viet Nam era, Roger served as a Counterintelligence Special Agent.

    He is listed in such publications as Who’s Who in America, Emerging American Leaders, Who’s Who in Professional Speaking, International Who’s Who of Authors and Writers, and International Men and Women of Distinction.
