Richard Chang: Profile

Richard is highly respected for his performance improvement, organization development, strategic planning, measurement systems, and customer satisfaction expertise. He has worked with a wide range of domestic and international clients including Fidelity Investments, Universal Studios, Chase Manhattan Bank, Marriott, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Nortel Networks.

Based on his significant contributions to ASTD and the profession, Richard has been recognized with the "Gordon Bliss Memorial Award" and the "Torch Award," two of the highest forms of national leadership recognition bestowed by ASTD. His professional affiliations include the American Society for Quality (ASQ), the Association for Quality and Participation (AQP), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Organization Development Network (ODN), and the National Speakers Association (NSA).

Richard received a B.A. in psychology from UCLA, an M.A. in counseling psychology from Chapman University, and a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from United States International University.
