The CSP is a designation of achievement earned through proven speaking experience. It is awarded to individuals who have completed a comprehensive application process and met criteria set by NSA. A Certified Management Consultant Rebecca has recently earned the professional designation Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC). She is the fifteenth professional to earn both the CSP and the CMC designations. Candidates for the CMC undergo a thorough investigation of their consulting experience. They are interviewed by a panel of senior consultants to verify their competence. Additionally candidates must pass a written examination demonstrating their knowledge of the IMC's Code of Ethics. With the addition of this designation, Rebecca demonstrates her competence to provide comprehensive human-development, performance, and people-productivity projects.
