The program was so well received that training was soon her primary role as a computer sales manager. Some of her clients include Virginia Power, Sentara Health Systems, Paxton Company and for associations include Girl Scouts of Colonial Coast, BONES National Society and Virginia Medical Group Management Association. She is also an adjunct professor for Old Dominion University where she facilitates leadership training programs for organizations like the high-tech Jefferson Lab and the government divisions NEXCOM and NAVFAC. Her information-rich and high-energy programs repeatedly bring appreciation of thoroughness in preparation and on-target delivery to accommodate the variety of needs and dynamics of today's rapidly changing audiences. Clients recognize they get an expert who delivers the right ingredients for high yields on investment of a professional delivery. She contributes articles that are regularly published in a variety of industry journals including Accelerating Retail Performance and the Economics Press Customer Service Newsletter. She published her first book, Sales Skills for An Unfair Advantage, in 1998. And currently she publishes an internet eletter for salespeople, customer service representatives, sales managers and business owners. Her professional active memberships include American Society for Training and Development, National Association of Women Business Owners and Meeting Professionals International. Pat balances her professional work with boating with family friends.
