    Norm is a recognized authority in developing businesses and their leaders to deliver results and increase value. His current work relates to increasing business value by building organization, strategic HR, and leadership capabilities that measurably impact market value.

    Norm is co-founder (with Dave Ulrich) of The RBL Group, a firm of well-known and broadly experienced management educators and consultants. In 2005 and 2006, The RBL Group was ranked as the #1 Leadership Development firm in the world by Leadership Excellence.

    Prior to this, Norm was a founding partner and managing director of Novations Group, Inc. where he led business strategy, organization design, and human resource management projects for a wide variety of clients spanning multiple industries. Before Novations, Norm had real jobs at Esso Resources Canada Ltd. in Calgary and Procter & Gamble in Georgia as an internal organization development consultant.

    He is a board member for HELP International, and is an Honorary Colonel for the West Valley City Police Department.
