Mark is an author, investor, Internet veteran, and marketing expert who currently advises companies on how to "Act Fast, Act Smart" for success in today's fast-paced business world. His entertaining, highly anecdotal presentations help companies transform into economic gazelles.

He frequently speaks to business and universities audiences across the US. A popular media spokesperson on business issues, Mark publishes a popular monthly e-newsletter of "10-Second Tips" that helps companies manage issues such as email, meetings and hiring. He serves on the boards of ecfood.com, a company recently cited as "Best of the Web" by Forbes.com, MultiDigit, Inc, a company pioneering new input methods for handheld devices, and Conservation International, a group dedicated to preserving the earth's biodiversity via economics and science.
