Lynn Jackson is a nationally recognized co-author of The Disney Way: Harnessing the Management Secrets of Disney in Your Company, The Disney Way Fieldbook: How to Implement Walt Disney's Vision of "Dream, Believe, Dare, Do" in Your Company and Leading at the Speed of Change: Using New Economy Rules to Invigorate Old Economy Companies. In 1993, she co-founded Capodagli Jackson Consulting, based in Indiana.

Lynn's latest book, Leading at the Speed of Change, was cited as one of Amazon.com's best-selling business books of 2001. This landmark book is the behind-the-scenes story of the creation and fast-track growth of AT&T's networking division, AT&T Solutions.

Change provides a template for companies striving to rethink, redesign and reengineer their operations to meet the changing demands and opportunities of the new economy.

For nearly 20 years, Lynn has been assisting both Fortune 100 and entrepreneurial companies reshape their cultures and implement "Dream, Believe, Dare, Do" and Walt Disney's credo for succeess and the principles on which The Disney Way is based. Lynn has a bachelor's degree from Ball State University in Counseling Psychology, and a master's degree in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University.
