Hon. Ken Reilly is uniquely qualified to conduct the annual training required under Title 40 of the code of Federal Regulations.

An environmental lawyer with over 45 years of experience, including service as a Texas Judge, he has also consulted to the U.S. Department of Energy and the Texas House of Representatives. His business experience includes the presidencies of Argyle Energy Company, an oil and gas exploration company, and the Texas Legal Foundation, a public interest law foundation dedicated to the preservation of the free enterprise system.

Today, in addition to his judicial duties, Ken travels across America speaking on the subject (and benefits) of Environmental Regulatory Compliance, the future of the regulatory overburden, and the world-wide perspectives of both government and industry. This nationally recognized expert on the subject of Environmental Responsibility, with his knowledge and many years of experience in the field of regulatory compliance and waste minimization, has also devised a process for the environmental assessment of major commercial properties. By working with property management and staff, he provides an evaluation of the property's environmental compatibility.
