John Neal: Profile

John is a psycho-physiologist with a unique background in elite sport and business excellence. He is a faculty member at Ashridge Business School and programme director of "Business Lessons from Sport" and consultant to London, Cranfield and Henley Business schools. He specializes in coaching, motivation, leadership, team development and personal performance. John was Fitness and Academy Director to Middlesex C.C.C for nine years and advisor to the England & West Indies Cricket Boards and the International Cricket Conference. John is currently psychophysiologist at M.C.C - Lords Cricket Ground.

As director of the World Class Coaching Programme for England Rugby John is responsible for supporting elite coaches at the highest level in English sport.

John is a regular media presenter with forthright and informed comment upon coaching, team working, leadership and performance in international sport and business.

John combines his experience as a world class sports coach and business educator to deliver a variety of interactive sessions to audiences combining the passion of sport and the theory of business.
