Coming from a background that included 18 years as an instructor of Moral Theology, Frank entered the business community in 1986. At that same time, media accounts of compromised ethics throughout the United States seemed to be an almost daily event. Frank hoped to shed new light on the benefits of ethics and values for the modern marketplace.

The switch from the classroom to the boardroom was complete when businesses, associations, and educational organizations began requesting his keynote and seminar programs.

A business owner, author and speaker, Frank Bucaro brings a unique perspective to client organizations that seek to integrate ethical standards of excellence with solid business practices. In demand as a full time speaker, Frank's presentations illustrate how ethics and values contribute to long term success. His book, Taking The High Road -- How To Succeed Ethically When Others Bend The Rules, offers down-to-earth ideas for tackling difficult decisions.

Frank is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), an international professional organization. The 3800 members of NSA include experts in a variety of industries and disciplines, who reach audiences as trainers, educators, consultants and authors.

Frank has received the designation of CSP from the National Speakers Association. This earned designation stands for Certified Speaking Professional, and has been awarded to fewer than 10 per cent of the NSA members. CPAE is an award given to speakers who have been evaluated by their peers and judged to be among the top 4% of the 3,800-member National Speakers Association. Frank Bucaro received this award in July, 1997.
