Don Grimme: Profile

Don Grimme has over two decades of training and consulting expertise acquired at leading corporations, such as Motorola and Marsh & McLennan – developing and implementing strategic Human Resource, Diversity, Organizational Development, TQM, and training initiatives. Don has conducted a wide range of Management, Quality, Team, and EEO training and coaching for all levels and functions of managers and employees. He has designed in-depth organizational needs assessments and Feedback, Recognition, Performance, and Career Planning programs.

Don holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech, with graduate studies in Human Resource Management at Cornell. He is a certified instructor/facilitator in Fundamentals of Leadership, 360° Feedback, EEO/Harassment Prevention, Customer Service and TQM. He is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management, American Society of Training & Development (ASTD) and Florida Speakers Association (chapter of NSA).
