Here's what Dick says about his approach to delivering a presentation:

"I've been making keynote presentations and addressing management conferences for over twenty years. In every one of those presentations, my fundamental goal is the same: to give my audience the skills, the knowledge, and the genuine enthusiasm to increase their effectiveness.

"Quite frankly, I have a bias toward action. I want every listener to leave my presentation not only with a genuine commitment to put the ideas I'll give them into action, but the skills that they need to make those results happen."

"I tailor every presentation I make - keynote address, workshop, seminar, or management consultation - to my client's specific objectives. A question I will always ask you is, "What's my job?"

"Every program I deliver is marked by high energy, genuine enthusiasm, solid research, a tremendous depth of content and the motivation to succeed in transforming ideas into action."
