Prior to launching WorkHerWay.com, Kepcher was Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization and Chief Operating Officer for Trump Golf Properties. She started with the Trump Organization in 1994 and was responsible for the development and operations of Donald Trump’s golf clubs in the United States, playing a crucial, hands-on role in the acquisition, development, marketing and start-up operations. When Donald Trump joined with NBC to produce the reality show, The Apprentice, Carolyn was a natural fit for the position of serving as Mr. Trump’s advisor. Carolyn appeared on the show for the first five seasons. Her hands-on experience in the real world of business gave her a powerful voice to assist Mr. Trump in determining who would be the best candidate for employment at the Trump Organization.
She is the recipient of numerous awards and achievements, including the 2010 Toastmaster International Golden Gavel Award for her expertise in Communication and Leadership. Also, Carolyn is the recipient for the Compass Award from the Woman's Leadership Exchange for shifting the paradigm of how women are perceived in the world. Kepcher has spoken alongside national role models including Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. She has appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show, Fox Business and the Today show to share her experiences and philosophies on women, business and balance.
