After 25 years of relentless work, Bonny is well on her way to completing her list. After graduating from Stanford University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism, Bonny worked as a TV reporter for KGO-TV (ABC affiliate) and later was an Olympic commentator for CBS in 1994 and 1998. In 1984, Bonny made her first of three Olympic teams in the sport of luge, setting an American record for highest ranking in the 1988 Olympics with a 6th place. She won the hearts of millions of TV viewers with her effervescent personality and positive outlook on life. While training hard for the Olympics, Bonny also earned her pilots license and gradually worked her way up through the aviation community and is now a United Airlines captain. In 1999 Bonny came out of athletic retirement and began her pursuit of a medal in the sport of Women's Bobslet, a sport debuting in the 2002 Olumpics. Within 3 years, Bonny is already ranked 3rd in the world, and well on her way to an Olympic Gold medal. Bonny is also a wife and mother of a darling little girl, Katy, an energetic 3 year old (just like her mommy).
