    With nearly three decades of management consulting and corporate research expertise, Bill Capodagli (pronounced Cap-o-die) co-authored The Disney Way: Harnessing the Management Secrets of Disney in Your Company, one of Fortune Magazine’s “Best Business Books.” Bill is currently the most requested speaker on Walt Disney’s original success and leadership principles in the U.S. The Disney Way is currently published in eight languages.

    Bill's latest book, Leading at the Speed of Change: Using New Economy Rules to Transform Old Economy Companies, was cited as becoming one of Amazon.com's best-selling business books of 2001. This landmark book is the behind-the-scenes story of the creation and fast-track growth of AT&T's networking division, AT&T Solutions.     Prior to co-founding Capodagli Jackson Consulting in 1993, Bill held managerial positions at the consulting firms of AT Kearney, Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst and Young) and Coopers & Lybrand. Bill served on the Extended Services faculty of the University of Southern Indiana from 1991-1993 and presented the Disney Way principles to a vast client base.
