In 2000, McGraw-Hill released Bill's practical Disney Way Fieldbook: How to Implement Walt Disney's Vision of "Dream, Believe, Dare, Do" in Your Company as a companion to the original book. Bill also co-authored Leading at the Speed of Change: Using New Economy Rules to Invigorate Old Economy Companies, the behind-the-scenes story of a leader launched a $5 billion dollar network outsourcing division of AT&T within 5 years.

For over ten years, Capodagli Jackson Consulting, has assisted organizations incorporate The Disney Way model into their strategic initiatives. Prior to founding his company, Bill held managerial positions at the consulting firms of AT Kearney, Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst and Young) and Coopers & Lybrand.
