Dr. Barton Goldsmith is a Phychotherapist, Syndicated Columnist, Radio Talk Show Host, Speaker and Business Consultant who, for over two decades, has helped Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions and government organizations develop creative and balanced leadership. His syndicated newspaper column "Passionate Leadership" appears in over 150 newspapers, magazines and trade publications, including the Los Angeles Business Journal.

Knowing that communication is the key to success in business and life and in making great leaders, he inspires his audiences to cross the line between an average communicator and an awesome, earthshaking communicator by speaking from the heart.
