In addition to his experience with speaking and research, Dr. Erlich has conducted cultural competency training programs for clients like Microsoft, J.P. MorganChase, GlaxoSmithKline, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Avis, Earl Scheib Auto Body & Paint, and the National Multi-Cultural Institute. He has authored articles for the Los Angeles Times, Adweek Magazine, Los Angeles Magazine, Advertising Age Magazine, Marketing News and Quirk’s Market Research Review. He has contributed material to Forbes, USA Today, and Newsweek. Dr. Erlich is a member of the Advisory Board for Urban Call, a trade magazine for urban retailers. Dr. Erlich has his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Clinical Psychology. A Cum Laude graduate of the University of Texas, he was raised in El Paso, Texas, speaking Spanish and English.
