Great Conference…Now what? Innovative Plans to move forward Conference Wrap-Up Session Have you ever walked out of an inspiring conference that provoked your thinking and made you want to change everything? What happened next, if you’re like most people, is that you went back to the same old grind and the conference faded into a distant memory. More than a culminating session that says more than, “good bye, travel safely, come back next year,” this interactive, high-energy session helps people review what they’ve heard, seen, and learned. Participants then design an innovative approach to putting it to work in their organization to develop a plan to put their learning to work. Attendees will also learn the biggest obstacles they’ll face back in the “real world” and plan for success in working around them.
