Charlie helps you assess the strengths and weaknesses of ideas, rate them against criteria for success and then select the strongest. He then helps you develop the winning ideas further into acceptable solutions.

Problem Solving

Similar to idea generation in many respects, this process spends more time helping the group define and refine the problem, getting to core issues.
