POSITIVELY OUTRAGEOUS!!! Yes, sir, you had over 1,000 people a buzzing and believe you me they will never look at anyone named Bubba quite the same again! ... Scott, I can't begin to explain how grateful we are that we happened upon your Positively Outrageous program. You were the hit of our annual convention garnering remarks such as "Best Ever!", "Great ideas I plan on using in my store.," and "Bring him back... we want more." ... I don't know if I can think of enough adjectives to describe how your absolutely, fantastic, stupendous, enthusiastic, positively outrageous keynote speech set the pace for our biggest and best convention to date. (And, it is simply unheard of when a public relations major is not able to think of enough adjectives!)

In 2000, I attended one of your events that Lightpath had signed up for. I have to say, 5 years later, that I still use what I learned from that seminar. I walked away from there with a completely positive outlook on how to handle the customers that I come in contact with. From my initial "hello" to my ending "goodbyes". I have the most irate customers wanting me to marry their sons by the end of the call. I was searching the web and came across your site so had to let you know how much of an impact you made on me.
