Humor is one of the most powerful ways to survive the challenges of the ever changing healthcare industry today. If healthcare leaders and staff are willing to tap into this power, both their organizations and their patients will reap the benefits. It’s also a wonderful cure for Restless Leg Syndrome. – Ronald P. Culberson, MSW, CSP
With a decade of experience in healthcare, Ronald P. Culberson, MSW, CSP combines that knowledge with over twenty years of experience in teaching the benefits of humor to redefine excellence for healthcare leaders and staff – thereby improving the quality of patient care.
His hilarious presentations and his reasonably good looks make him a perfect choice for your next meeting or conference.
Ron combines stories with practical techniques to inspire and motivate healthcare staff and leaders to reach a new level of success through humor.
INJECTING HUMOR INTO HEALTHCARE
The success of any healthcare organization depends on quality patient care. Yet regulations, finances, staffing and always doing “more with less” have made that much harder to achieve. While you’re not likely to see a decrease in these challenges, you can do something about the way you handle them.
Ron Culberson’s mission is to help healthcare staff and leaders achieve a new level of excellence through humor. He helps them have more FUN while preserving the integrity of the work they do and the lives they lead.
If laughter is the best medicine, Ron Culberson can humorize your organization to a new level of success by
…Enhancing patient care
…Lifting staff morale
…Developing effective leaders
…Improving productivity
…Making healthcare funner (so to speak)

Ron has been studying and teaching about the benefits of humor since 1984.
