Dr. Picore earned her doctorate degree in clinical psychology with an organizational emphasis and is a licensed individual and couples counselor in the State of California. She is a former Los Angeles Police Officer and Trainer with 12 years experience. Her expertise is driven not only by degrees or educational material, but derived from her real day to day experiences while she worked patrol in the streets of Los Angeles and taught at the police academy. Dr. Picore`s goal is to increase awareness levels as to the possibility of violence and excessive stress within an organization.
