Dan Shapiro, Ph.D. holds joint appointments in psychiatry, psychology and internal medicine. His book, Mom's Marijuana, is an autobiographical story about his mother's ability to overlook her own anti-drug prejudices in order to help her son through cancer. Dr. Shapiro is an assistant professor in the college of medicine at the University of Arizona.
