The Capitol Steps are a bipartisan comedy troupe composed of both present and former congressional staffers. Spawned at a Christmas party in 1981, the group soon mushroomed our of control ("like most things in Congress"). They have performed their son parodies for four Presidents, recorded 18 albums, appeared on Nightline, Good Morning America, Today, and NPR, and have been regularly featured on CNN's Inside Politics. After a recent performance, Vice President Al Gore said, "A lot of people in Washington are confused; the Capitol Steps are not." Humorist P.J. O'Rourke says, "The Capitol Steps are what Washington would be like if everyone were smarter and could sing."

Tim Watters -- Florida USA, 5.0k to 10.0k
"Will the real Bill Clinton please stand up," is what you would say if President Clinton and "Mr. President," Tim Watters sat in the same room together.
