Mitch Gaylord first thrilled the world over a decade ago as he led the United States men's gymnastics team to its 1984 Olympic gold medal victory. He is the first American Gymnast to receive a perfect "10" in the Olympic Games. He went on to capture an additional silver for vaulting and two bronze medals for rings and parallel bars. Since that time, Gaylord has served on the President's Council on Physical Fitness and has appeared in films, television and commercials. Recognized as one who inspires, motivates and entertains, Gaylord is fast becoming one of the nation's most sought-after speakers. He is currently writing his first book.
