The first North American woman to climb Mount Everest, she is also the first woman to become a Canadian Climbing Guide. Not one to accept complacency, she has pushed her abilities to the maximum to achieve her goals and to meet the challenge of life. Her story is about an astonishing personal and team accomplishment under conditions of extreme physical and mental duress.
