Thank you Mike for creating Speakers Platform. This is a great site.
As a professional speaker, I present programs on Professional Image and related topics. My experience goes back to 1982. Before that, as a successful professional model, I taught personal development and modeling extensively throughout the United States. All of this time it has been my own consulting business. It has just occured to me that it would be a good idea to check out speakers bureaus. That is how I found this site.
There are two things that would be very helpful:
1) A strong mentor to help locate appropriate speakers bureaus.
2) Any helpful information/warnings or personal experiences that seasoned Speaking Professionals would be willing to share with me.
